Better Together
Every winter, the Polar Plunge gives us a reason to pause, show up, and do something a little uncomfortable for a cause that truly matters. This year’s plunge reminded us why we keep coming back: it’s about people, purpose, and the power of coming together.
Our iSpace team was proud to have 16 plungers take on the icy waters in support of Special Olympics Minnesota, raising $11,261 (beating last year’s record!).
A New Way to Plunge
This year marked the first annual Dunking Dealers event, bringing multiple dealers together for a little friendly competition and a lot of shared impact. While each team had its own reason for participating, we were all united by the same goal: supporting athletes and strengthening our community.
Together, the Dunking Dealers raised an incredible $64,608, proving that collaboration doesn’t just make work better—it makes impact bigger.
Why It Matters
For us, partnership goes beyond projects. It’s about showing up for one another, supporting causes that matter, and finding meaningful ways to connect as a team and with our broader community. Events like the Polar Plunge reflect who we are and what we value: teamwork, fun, and doing good together.
