Craig-Hallum, a Minneapolis-based, employee-owned investment bank, moved to a 15,000-square-foot office in Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood with an opportunity to rethink the modern workplace. iSPACE delivered innovative furniture solutions and architectural walls that balance style and functionality to create spaces for focused work, dynamic collaboration, and client engagement, all within a defined budget.
Early workstation mockups gave Craig Hallum a clear view of layouts and scale, enabling quicker approvals and keeping the project on schedule. Working closely with the client and design team, we refined product choices to achieve the right look and feel.

Furniture selections were guided by the contemporary design intent of Craig Hallum’s North Loop office, with a focus on creating a space that feels polished, comfortable, and welcoming for both employees and clients.
Workstations feature Teknion Leverage with Teknion District storage, balancing durability, flexibility, and a clean aesthetic. Teknion Expansion casegoods were used in private offices and shared spaces to provide consistency and functionality throughout the workplace, while Studio TK seating supports collaboration and meeting areas with comfort and visual interest.
A key moment of impact is the boardroom. To achieve an elevated look without exceeding budget, the team specified a custom Teknion Expansion knife-edge table with a large-format marble-look laminate. The result is a strong focal point that delivers a refined presence for client-facing meetings while performing for everyday use.
Approximately 418 linear feet of architectural walls were integrated to define spaces without sacrificing openness or daylight. The wall system supports privacy where needed while maintaining visual connection across the office, helping the space feel cohesive, bright, and well-organized. This approach allows the workplace to support focused work, collaboration, and client interaction within a consistent design language.
