Building a Hospitable Workplace

Gardner Builders is a hospitality company in the commercial construction business. iSpace has had the pleasure of partnering with Gardner on many projects since they were founded in 2010. Recently, Gardner and the design team from Studio BV looked to iSpace to procure and install a diverse collection of furnishings and architectural interior solutions for Gardner’s ever-expanding downtown Minneapolis headquarters.

354 linear feet of Teknion Tek Vue glass storefront systems are used across the floorplan to create a variety of privacy, collaboration and meeting spaces, while Teknion’s Cityline workstations with height-adjustable desks provide smart focus work areas for Gardner’s hybrid team. The adroit interior design direction from Studio BV led iSpace to gather a warm collection of seating, tables, credenzas and rugs to bolster Gardner’s focus on hospitality.
