Mall of America’s corporate offices mirror the energy and innovation of one of the most iconic entertainment destinations in the world. iSpace Environments partnered with MOA to deliver furniture and technology solutions inspired by their “Always New” ethos, supporting dynamic workstyles and a bold brand experience.

Bold & Energetic

Flexible & Branded

iSpace collaborated with the MOA and their design partners to define furniture settings that reflect the brand and support a variety of workstyles. Spaces were planned to promote movement, social connection, focused work, and hospitality throughout the day.

Technology Designed Around People

Every space was evaluated for simple, intuitive technology use. Touchscreen controls, plug-and-play options, and specialty AV features deliver ease, consistency, and a polished guest experience.

Supporting Design

Mall of America’s corporate environment embraces color, bold environmental graphics, and high-energy visual elements that celebrate their iconic brand. The first task was to work with the team at Mall of America and their partners to identify some of the key elements that contribute to progressive workplaces. iSpace helped MOA define settings that not only speak to their brand but encourage different types of interactions and development within their space.

Furniture

iSpace sourced furniture from Teknion, Allermuir, Keilhauer, Humanscale, and SitOnIt to support varied workstyles and environments. Intentional layouts promote collaboration and choice, offering lounge spaces, meeting areas, heads-down zones, and hospitality-focused settings that embody the “Always New” workplace philosophy.

Technology

With technology being an integral part of modern design, each activity in the space was assessed for specific technology needs. The result was to integrate a cohesive solution wherever possible making the user experience as simple to perform as a common habit. Solutions included touchscreen controls in many of the meeting rooms, and simple plug and play solutions in less formal areas. In order to elevate both the user and guest experience, Specialty Spaces received a more dynamic AV solution. A video wall integrated at the front entrance, digital signage in the Leasing Room and a multi-screen Emergency Control Room were all uniquely designed for Mall of America.
