Take a Deeper Dive

iSpace Environments furnished the YMCA’s new association offices to support activity-based work and create a healthy, people-first environment. Over 200 height-adjustable desks encourage movement and comfort, while compact workstations optimize space and reduce visual distractions. Storage units double as guest seating, promoting flexibility and efficiency.

Communal areas feature a range of seating and gathering spaces that invite employees to move freely between focus, collaboration, and social interaction. A bright central café and a lively lounge overlooking the city foster connection and energy throughout the day. Every detail was considered to enhance employee well-being, celebrate the YMCA’s values, and create a workplace that feels welcoming, purposeful, and mission-driven.
