In a business where Efficiency is the number one priority, iSpace Environments made certain that’s what this client got!
As a large corporation that serves a high volume of customers across the nation, there was a need for high-end solutions and cross functional spaces. This example highlights one of the new regional headquarters in Amarillo, Texas where we partnered with a local AV Installer to deliver a fully integrated space where complexity is simplified, and accessibility is heightened. By working with a preferred installation vendor, iSpace could manage the integration using the same high standards as the rest of this client’s facilities across the nation.
The featured location was focused on availability of work tools, but also in the cross-functionality of those tools. Our team took a complex requirement and simplified it for every room, for everyone.
Executive Board Room: – The room that makes you feel as important as you are.
In this room, the podium allows the user to access a presentation through any medium including USB, cloud, and a variety of connections through an adapter for tablets, smart phones and laptops. The integrated gooseneck microphone captures sound at any angle to provide user comfort.
A 10” touch screen controls the entire room including the projector, LED screens, and surface-mounted microphones. Wireless microphones strategically placed within the room allow participants to be heard without moving. Lastly, a 72.5” Fixed Frame Projection Screen is visible from any part of the room.

Multi-Purpose Bays – Cross functionality at it’s best
Each of the three bays can be used together for large training activities or company meetings, but also used singularly for small group training purposes.
A 10” Touchscreen hosts the controls for a; Retractable screen, 22” LED Displays, Wireless Microphones, Ceiling microphones, Epson projectors, and 60” Display in Middle Bay. The main control pad sits within the 3rd bay for access to a multi-media lectern, which is packed with technology. When rooms are utilized individually, the wireless controllers can be un-docked from the wall and relocated wherever the presenter chooses to be.
