iSpace Environments offers 3 levels of service contracts to help customers maintain their audio-visual systems. Even if we did not source products for you, we can partner with you to make sure these systems run smoothly and are always ready for use. As your partner, we are committed to your continued & uninterrupted success.

LEVEL ONE

Time & Materials

Whether we installed it or not, our experts can fix it. Call us with your issues and we’ll give you a quote for service, equipment repair, replacement, and troubleshooting. Need more work done? We can re-quote our T&M to get you up and running again.

LEVEL TWO

Flex Care

Flex Care allows you to purchase service time in advance for up to twelve (12) months. Use these hours for maintenance, repair, or installation of new products. Includes no minimum service charge.

LEVEL THREE

Complete Care

Complete Care provides full protection of your technology investment by providing priority scheduling for installation & maintenance of product; system training for your technology leaders and staff; and phone troubleshooting support for all of your technology equipment.
