Why Sketch?
In honor of back-to-school season, iSpace Environments hosted interior design students of Dunwoody College of Technology in the showroom for a Sketching Workshop. Lead by renowned artist, designer and architect, Kar-Keat Chong (AIA, CID-MN) of STUDIO KKCHONG, the students practiced perspectives, human form and mass/object relationships. Chong encouraged students to continue developing these skills alongside their design concept creation and to integrate sketching with technology programs to achieve dynamic presentations and broaden the creative perspective.
