Thanks to our friends at MSpace, and the new Evoko Room Manager they installed outside our Interconnective Conference Room, scheduling our main meeting space now IS that simple. Glowing red when occupied or reserved, and green when available, the slick new touch screen device allows for on-the-spot room booking. Also connected to our network, we can all reserve the space via our existing MS Outlook and Google Calendar apps–on PC’s, tablets or smartphones, from anywhere. Now that’s easy.
