As Fish & Richardson re-envisioned their “Administrative Hub” office in Minneapolis their goal was to combine innovation and function.

Emphasis was placed on creating fewer assigned workstations and private offices as many of their workers are embracing the mobility of modern work styles. Natural light floods through to the core thanks to the more open floor plan and the smart use of glass in the Teknion Optos Architectural Walls that define offices and meeting spaces.

A stronger sense of community was embraced through flexible areas that lean toward a more residential feel. Lounge areas and conference rooms were outfitted with comfortable, relaxed furnishings–creating a work environment that accommodates mobile, individual workers while allowing the firm to reduce their overall footprint.
