Supporting Minneapolis HOPE – Dollars for Scholars

In 2012, iSpace President, Aaron Eggert, joined with a group of his friends to found a local Dollars for Scholars chapter of the Scholarship America organization. With the belief that every student deserved the opportunity to pursue higher education, they named their organization Minneapolis HOPE and began to focus on their mission: to provide college scholarships to Minneapolis public high school seniors with limited financial resources but the desire to achieve great things.

At Minneapolis HOPE, the relationship extends far past the first day of college for these scholarship recipients. In addition to financial support through renewable scholarships, members of Minneapolis HOPE provide one-on-one mentoring throughout the students’ college program–fostering a connection that enhances and supports their education.
