iSpace Environments is proud to announce its acquisition of two major market companies, The Demo Group and ADK Corporation.
iSpace has been a leader in the commercial furniture industry in Minnesota since its inception in 1993. Through the years, it has continued to effectively evolve to meet the changing demands of the commercial real estate market by expanding its portfolio of aligned manufacturers and services while focusing on the needs of their customers. Concentrating on an integrated workplace environment, iSpace continues to sell and service commercial office furniture, architectural walls, technology including audio/visual solutions, low voltage applications, installation services and continued maintenance services. Both acquisitions are effective in November 2019.
The Demo Group joins iSpace with an incredible share of the automotive dealership market. Since their beginnings in 1974, they have transitioned from manufacturers rep to a full-service dealer providing design, image/brand compliance and installations services to automotive dealers throughout the Midwest. Additionally, they have completed projects in the corporate, healthcare and secondary education markets. Their greatest strength is creating and maintaining a trusting relationship with each customer by providing quality products with exceptional service. ADK Corporation has been a long-standing contracted furniture installation partner of iSpace. Since their beginnings in 1976, Dave and Almond Krueger provided warehouse management solutions.Then, once the boom of ‘systems’ furniture began to hit the market, they were quick to capitalize and evolve their services to include systems installation. “We have had the opportunity to work with ADK for 20+ years” Peterson states. “We understand their business and we are confident this addition will help us continue to exceed customers’ expectations in the field.” The acquisition of ADK will add extensive and immeasurable industry experience to the greatly valued existing installation team at iSpace.
